About the collection
Art does more than decorate our campus at Kimray. Through art, we learn to empathize, and empathy is necessary for relationships. When we see a piece of art, we are seeing a part of the world through an artist's eyes. We see everyday items reimagined or envisioned in a brand-new way. Empathy helps build relationships and relationships are how we solve problems.
This is exactly why the AAA Series is so special. Artists, including many Oklahomans, use their preferred medium to portray our iconic valve, the AAA. Limited only by parameters for size and the angle of the valve, artists are free to reimagine the valve for the Kimray family to see a very familiar item through someone else's eyes.
The AAA means something to Kimray. It is the foundation of the business. It represents our livelihood. When we view the pieces in the AAA series, we see the valve come to life in different colors, textures, and interpretations. Even more significant, through this art, we see the artists illustration of their thoughts, their feelings, and what Kimray is to them.
